Registration Guidlines
Registration for CTC is available on line through the website or by fax or email.
Confirmation of registration will be sent via email when registration and full payment has been received, registration will not be honoured until full payment is received.
Registration opens September 2008 and you are able to register on line or by fax or email until February 2009, after February 2009 you will be required to register on site.

- All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants

- A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be faxed to the Congress Secretariat. Pleas ensure the registrant's name is on the bank remittance receipt.

Invitation Letter
The organiser will be pleased to provide a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one. It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the organiser to provide any financial support.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by email: ctcasia@rapiergroup.com or by fax + 44 870 900 7783.
All refunds will be made after the Congress for administrative reasons.
All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
For cancellations up to 31st December 2008, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellations received after 31st December 2008, no refund will be made.
